  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Xylitol1/2 cup
  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Unflavored gelatin12 g
  • Water5 tablespoon
  1. In a pan put 2 cans of cream, the vanilla essence, the xylitol on high heat until it thickens.
  2. Hydrate the unflavored colorless gelatin powder in water and place in a water bath or microwave for 15 seconds to melt.
  3. In the blender, place the dulce de leche, the cream, the milk and beat until smooth, add the already hydrated gelatin and beat a little more.
  4. Pour the pudding into a pudding mold. No need to grease, pass the mold under running water before putting the pudding
  5. Place in the fridge for 6 hours to chill.
