- Dulce de leche4 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar and Cinnamon2 tablespoon
- Slice the brioche bread
- In a bowl mix the egg and milk 1 tablespoon of dulce de leche and dip the slices of bread in this mixture, being careful not to soak
- Take the wet bread to seal in the skillet with plenty of butter or in the air fryer
- Finish by rolling in cinnamon sugar
- Mix the remaining dulce de leche with cream and serve over the french toast.
