Wheat flour500 g
Fine sugar100 g
Canned milk jam500 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Vegetable oil1 teaspoon
warm milk1 teaspoon
Sugar2 dessert spoon
Bakery Yeast50 g

Mix all the items in a container, in order to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Make the balls in a greased shape with flour and oil, leave a space between the balls for them to grow and not stick to each other
Let it rise for 30 minutes, take it to the preheated oven, they will be pre-baked, as soon as it releases the bottom of the form quickly, so it doesn't wither, fry in very hot oil until golden.
Wait to cool and cut in half to fill with the dulce de leche, then sprinkle with fine sugar on top, and serve yourself.
