- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk250 ml
- Refined sugar1/3 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Soybean oil500 ml
- Wheat flour1 cup
- In a pan, over low heat, place the butter, milk, vanilla essence and sugar.
- Mix well until everything dissolves.
- Then add the wheat and keep stirring non-stop, for the pasta to cook.
- When it's coming off the pan, it's ready.
- Turn off the heat and add the egg. Mix well.
- Your dough is now ready. Just fry in clean, hot oil.
- If you don't have a manual churros machine, you can use a pastry bag that works great too.
- After fried, you can pass the sugar with cinnamon (optional). Now just fill and enjoy!
