  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Milk250 ml
  • Refined sugar1/3 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Dulce de leche1 can(s)
  • Soybean oil500 ml
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  1. In a pan, over low heat, place the butter, milk, vanilla essence and sugar.
  2. Mix well until everything dissolves.
  3. Then add the wheat and keep stirring non-stop, for the pasta to cook.
  4. When it's coming off the pan, it's ready.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the egg. Mix well.
  6. Your dough is now ready. Just fry in clean, hot oil.
  7. If you don't have a manual churros machine, you can use a pastry bag that works great too.
  8. After fried, you can pass the sugar with cinnamon (optional). Now just fill and enjoy!
