  • Gems3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour5 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Claybom butter flavor (at room temperature)1 cup
  • Honey or cane molasses3 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • Condensed milk, boiled under pressure for 20 minutes1 can(s)
  • Melted chocolate500 g
  1. In the mixer, beat the Claybom Flavor Butter, the sugar, the eggs and the yolks until the sugar completely dissolves.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, kneading the dough until it is smooth and soft. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 0.5 cm thick. With the help of a circular cutter of approximately 5 cm or glass, cut the cookies, arrange them on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Don't let them brown too much.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Spread a generous layer of dulce de leche and close with another cookie, forming a sandwich. Remove excess and set aside.
  5. Dip each of the cookie sandwiches into the melted chocolate. Let the excess drip off and let it rest until the chocolate hardens.
  6. Serve next.
