- Chocolate bar200 g
- Popsicle sticks10 unit(s)
- Baking paper or cling film1 unit(s)
- Fill half of the cookies with the dulce de leche and close with the remaining cookies.
- Insert the popsicle sticks in the middle of the cookies, like a lollipop and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 15 seconds and cover the cookie lollipops
- Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper or cling film and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes or until they are very hard and ready.
