  • Maizena1/2 cup
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, pour the whole eggs and beat them.
  2. Gradually add the sugar, wheat, milk, cornstarch (so it doesn't get greasy), finally the yeast stir well until the dough comes together, it's not too grinding and not too hard
  3. In a pan, pour the oil, enough amount for the dumpling to float, let the oil get very hot.
  4. For the dumpling not to be raw inside, fry it on low heat.
  5. With the help of a spoon (soup) put the dough in the oil
  6. When the cookie is golden, it is ready to take it out of the oil.
  7. Once fried, place the dumpling on absorbent paper to drain.
  8. Then pass the cookie in sugar and cinnamon.
