- Dilute 3 tablespoons of SupraSoy in 500ml of water. In a blender, pour the frozen blueberries and strawberries, the diluted SupraSoy and the sugar. Blend on high speed for at least 6 minutes, until the fruit is completely crushed and you have a very creamy drink. If necessary, add water little by little, until you reach the desired consistency. Serve the drink in glasses or glasses, and garnish with fresh blackberries. The drink must be consumed chilled.
