Dilua 3 colheres (sopa) de SupraSoy nos 500ml de água. Em um liquidificar, despeje as amoras e os morangos congelados, o SupraSoy diluído e o açúcar. Bata na velocidade alta por pelo menos 6 minutos, até as frutas estarem completamente trituradas e você obter uma bebida bem cremosa. Se for necessário, vá acrescentando água aos poucos, até alcançar a consistência desejada. Sirva a bebida em copos ou taças, e decore com amoras frescas. A bebida deve ser consumida gelada

Dilute 3 tablespoons of SupraSoy in 500ml of water. In a blender, pour the frozen blueberries and strawberries, the diluted SupraSoy and the sugar.
