  • Wheat Flour500 g
  • Organic Yeast25 g
  • Sugar50 g
  • Nest Milk20 g
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Salt5 g
  • Margarine60 g
  • Cold water200 ml
  • Milk500 ml
  • Condensed milk200 ml
  • Sieved yolks for the filling2 unit(s)
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  1. Pasta Mix the dry ingredients, make a well and add the water little by little. Knead for 10 minutes. Make 30 g balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Let it double in volume. Preheat oven to low temperature, bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and fry in a pan with enough oil to cover the balls. Let the excess oil drain on a paper towel. Cut and fill.
  2. Filling In a container, place the condensed milk, the yolks, the starch and the vanilla, mix well and set aside. In a pan put the milk to heat. Pour half of the heated milk into the reserved mixture, mix well and pour the contents into the pan. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying. Let it cool and fill the dreams.
