  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Biological Yeast Powder5 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Royal Icing3 cup
  • Green and Yellow Dye to taste
  • Milk6 tablespoon
  • Oil to taste
  1. In a bowl put the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Mix well and let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, place the eggs and sugar, mix well and add the yeast mixture. And mix. Gradually add the flour and mix until it forms a smooth dough without sticking to your hand. Knead the dough well and let it rest for 40 minutes.
  3. Then open the dough and use the donut cutter and cut. Let it rest for up to 30 minutes or until it increases in volume. In a pan put oil to fry the donuts. Let the oil drain on a paper towel and cool to make the topping.
  4. The topping for each color was 1 1/2 royal icing and coloring (green or yellow) and 3 colors of milk, mix everything and dip the donuts. Let the topping dry before serving.
