  2. Mix the butter and milk and add the yeast and the egg, mix well and set aside. If the yeast is fresh, add 15 g
  3. In the bowl of the mixer, add the flour, sugar, salt and nutmeg. To help your mixer mix everything by hand
  4. Then add the yeast mixture and stir with the hook until smooth.
