  • Spoon cornstarch30 g

  • Water70 ml
  • Fresh yeast35 g
  • Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon

  • Melted butter85 g
  • Sugar syrup to taste
  • Hot milk3 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
  • Icing sugar2 cup
  • Chocolate sauce to taste
  • Milk chocolate150 g
  • Semisweet Chocolate50 g
  • Melted margarine50 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  1. Mix all ingredients (except wheat flour and cornstarch) in a bowl, stirring gently until completely homogenized.
  2. Throw and cornstarch into the mixture and gradually add wheat flour until the dough creates consistency, when you can no longer work with the dough in the bowl, throw it on a countertop and start beating for 00:10 min. Tip-separate 560 grs. few the rest of the flour while kneading.
  3. Bring the dough to rise until it doubles in volume.
