- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, butter, yeast, milk, mix well and gradually add the wheat flour. Sometimes you use a little more than 500 grams, mix until you create a smooth dough and release it from your hand.
- transfer to a flat table and roll out the dough, it cannot be too thin, it has to be about 2 centimeters high
- with a cup you cut the big circles and the smaller ones you can use a cap if you don't have the round cutter let it rest covered until they double in size because it grows a lot
- In a pan put the oil to heat and start frying one by one until all of them are fried.
