  • Milk1 cup
  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence1/2 tablespoon
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • 1 pinch of salt1 unit(s)
  • Flour4 cup
  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot except the wheat flour, mix well..⁣
  2. Now add the wheat flour little by little, the dough is soft and sticking to your hands, it can't be a heavy and dry dough.
  3. Knead for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Now let the dough rest and rise for 40 minutes.
  5. After it grows, shape the donuts and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Fry in plenty of oil, it can't be hot, it has to be soft.
  7. When golden on one side, turn and brown on the other side. Remove and place on paper towel
  8. Put the stuffing and pass the iced sugar or icing sugar.. you can use different fillings, dulce de leche, red fruit jelly, brigadeiro, nutella, melted guava paste
  9. Or you can pass the fractionated chocolate and put sprinkles like I did with the donuts
