  • Flax egg (50 ml of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed).1 unit(s)
  • Water90 ml
  • Coconut milk150 ml
  • Coconut oil60 g
  • Wheat flour450 g
  • Granulated sugar60 g
  • A pinch of salt to taste
  • Dry Yeast5 g
  1. In a bowl, place the water and yeast, sprinkle a little sugar to help the yeast act, set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt, make a well in the middle of the mixture and pour the yeast mixture, coconut milk, linseed egg and coconut oil.
  3. Knead the dough for 15 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest until it doubles in size.
  5. With the dough grown, spread it out on a floured surface and Knead a little more, this time the kneading needs to be very light.
  6. Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll each one out with a rolling pin until it is about a centimeter thick.
  7. With the dough open cut the donuts, you can use a bowl and a pastry tip to make the donuts.
  8. Cut donuts it's time to let them rise again, I suggest you place each donut on top of a piece of parchment paper, this will make it easier to fry.
  9. Once grown, just fry in hot oil and decorate with the topping you want.
