Oat flour6 tablespoon
Oat flakes2 tablespoon
Egg2 unit(s)
Chicken breast300 g
Carrot2 unit(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Water1/2 cup

In a bowl, place the water, oil and eggs and mix.
Add the oatmeal, rolled oats, chicken and carrots. Mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
Place in individual forminhas or in a container and take it to the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 15 minutes.
Detail: If you want, you can make it in the microwave. Just heat the microwave for 1 minute. Then, place the molds or the container in the microwave for 15 minutes.
Note: the photo is not very good because it was the last minute TWT
