  • 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine150 g
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar240 g
  • 2 cups of milk400 ml
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
  • 3 cups of wheat flour300 g
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder50 g
  • Chopped white chocolate250 g
  • 1 box of sour cream200 g
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • Chocolate shavings to taste
  1. In a bowl place the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and beat with an electric mixer until pale.
  2. Add the wheat flour, milk and beat until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Add the baking powder and mix gently just to incorporate.
  4. Separate half of the dough, add the cocoa powder in one of the parts and the vanilla essence in the mass that has turned white.
  5. Grease a rectangular shape with margarine, and make layers interspersing the doughs, pouring a little of each dough one on top of the other, centering in the middle of the shape.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
  7. For the syrup, mix the white chocolate and the cream and microwave for 45 seconds, stir until all the chocolate is dissolved.
  8. Pierce the cake with a straw, pour the chocolate syrup, decorate with chocolate shavings and serve.
