- 1 can of peach in syrup + 300ml of canned water1 can(s)
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin envelope (12g)1 unit(s)
- Room temperature water (to hydrate the gelatin)5 tablespoon
- Put the gelatin in a pot and add the water. Stir and leave hydrating for 4 minutes, it will get hard. Put for 20 sec in the microwave or in a pan with hot water until liquid).
- In the blender: put condensed milk, cream, 300ml of water from the peach preserves and 3 pieces of peach. Beat for 2 min.
- Add the finished gelatine and beat to mix.
- Place half in a mold and place in the freezer for 15 minutes, so that when placing the peach it does not sink.
- Place the peach cut into cubes, cover with the rest of the whipped cream. Take it to the fridge for a few hours to firm up.
- Decorate as desired, save 1 piece of peach for decoration. Super light and creamy dessert, plus super easy to make!
