- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Whole Milk500 ml
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Strawberries (trays)2 unit(s)
- In a pan, mix condensed milk, cream, cornstarch, butter and whole milk.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, transfer to a glass bowl, cover with cling film and let cool.
- Sanitize the strawberries and place in the refractory of your choice with the cream already cold, cover the strawberries.
- Chop the chocolate, place it in a microwave-safe bowl, add the cream and microwave, stir every 30 seconds until all the chocolate dissolves.
- Stir well to incorporate with the cream, thus turning a ganache and throw it over the cream. Put it in the fridge and it will be ready in 4 hours.
