2 cans of condensed milk

2 cans of whole milk

1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch

1 cup sugar

Derreta o açúcar e espalhe pela forma.


Melt the sugar and spread it over the mold.

Separe as claras da gema,e peneire as gemas.

Separate the whites from the yolk, and sift the yolks.

Coloque no liquidificador e adicione os demais ingredientes e bata no liquidificador por 8 minutos.

Put it in the blender and add the other ingredients and hit the blender for 8 minutes.

Despeje na forma caramelizada e coloque para assar em forno pré aquecido 210 g por 45 minutos, se quiser ele mais moreninho, deixe mais alguns minutos 😉
Deixe esfriar e guarde na geladeira por umas 5 hrs.
Retire da geladeira, esquente a bundinha da forma para ficar mais fácil para desenformar 😉
