Delicious gluten free carrot cake

Para a cobertura:
1 xícara de chocolate em pó
1 xícara de açúcar refinado
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga ou óleo
½ xícara de água

Como fazer:

Unte uma forma de 25 cm com óleo e reserve.
Preaqueça o forno a 180C.
Em uma tigela misture a farinha de arroz, o polvilho, o fermento, o sal e reserve.
No liquidificador coloque os ovos, o óleo, a cenoura e o açúcar e bata até obter um creme bem uniforme.
Comece a adicionar o creme de cenoura à mistura seca aos poucos e vá envolvendo os ingredientes usando um fouet.
Misture bem e despeje a massa do bolo na forma.
Leve para assar por aproximadamente 35 minutos a 180C.
Faça o teste do palito para saber se o bolo está no ponto.
Retire do formo, deixe amornar e desenforme.

To the roof:

1 cup of refined sugar
1 tablespoon of butter or oil
½ cup of water

How to make:

Grease a 25 cm shape with oil and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a bowl mix the rice flour, flour, baking powder, salt and set aside.
In the blender place the eggs, oil, carrot and sugar and beat until obtaining a very uniform cream.
Start adding the carrot cream to the dry mixture little by little and mix the ingredients using a fouet.
Mix well and pour the cake batter into the pan.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 180C.
Do the toothpick test to see if the cake is done.
Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold.

Prepare a calda
Junte todos os ingredientes em uma panela média e leve ao fogo médio mexendo sempre com uma espátula.
Quando a mistura ferver, deixe cozinhar por aproximadamente 5 a 8 minutos sem parar de mexer.
Desligue a calda e despeje imediatamente sobre o bolo.

prepare the syrup
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula.
When the mixture boils, let it cook for approximately 5 to 8 minutes without stopping to stir.
Turn off the syrup and immediately pour over the cake.
