- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon

- In a container, place the eggs, oil, wheat flour, sugar, vanilla essence, milk and mix well with a spoon until a homogeneous mass.
- After mixing well, add the yeast and stir lightly.
- Take the paper cups and put them in the cupcake molds, then put the dough inside the molds, fill the mold halfway so it doesn't overflow.
- Then preheat your oven to 180°, then place the cupcakes to bake for 15 minutes at 180°
- After roasting, fill as you like with whipped cream, brigadeiro or dulce de leche and decorate with sprinkles.
