Em uma misture o leite condensado,  o creme de leite, o leite de coco,o leite e o amido muite bem de preferência com um fuê adicione  a baunilha e leve ao fogo baixo mexendo sempre.

Em fogo baixo derreta o açúcar até virar um caramelo.
Aos poucos adicione 1 xicara de água.
