- Corn Starch7 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Coconut (flakes preferred, unsweetened)150 g
- Vanilla1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar1/5 cup
- Prunes300 g
- Water1 cup
- In one mix the condensed milk, the cream, the coconut milk, the milk and the starch very well preferably with a whisk, add the vanilla and lead to the low fire stirring constantly.
- As soon as it thickens well, turn off the heat and mix in the coconut.
- In an aluminum form (with a central hole) moisten it with water, add the cream.
- Level well with the help of a spoon, then cover with plastic. It is important to place the plastic on the cream so that it does not form a film.
- Refrigerate for 7 to 8 hours.
- While it cools, let's go to the syrup. Over low heat, melt the sugar until it becomes a caramel. Gradually add 1 cup of water. At that moment it seems that everything is going to go wrong, but calm down soon it will turn into a wonderful syrup.
- Add the pitted plums and let it boil for another 2 minutes. Turn off the oven and book.
- After 7 to 8 hours uninform the delicacy in a retro. Tip: with your fingertips, you will unglue the delicacy from the mold.
- Now finish with the syrup and plums.
