- cornmeal (corn can measure)1 can(s)
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- grated coconut1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the grated coconut and the chemical yeast.
- Boil until you get a homogeneous mass, then add the grated coconut and baking powder.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (do the toothpick test) in a greased and floured shape.
