Melted butter4 tablespoon
Chocolate powder 32%1 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Sour cream200 g
Dark chocolate200 g
Granules100 g

Beat the milk, sugar, eggs, butter, chocolate and a pinch of salt in a blender.
In a bowl, sieve the flour and add the baking powder.
Then throw the mixture from the blender, and stir with fuet, put it in a greased shape.
Oven 180°C preheated for 35 min
To make the topping, heat the cream in the microwave.
And stir in the chopped chocolate until completely melted.
Pierce the cake and pour the syrup on top.
