- Melt 02 cups of sugar in a pan until it becomes a caramel. Place in a refractory and set aside
- In the same pan that melted the sugar you will place the milk, the condensed milk, the yolks, the vanilla and the cornstarch diluted in a little of the milk, mix well and bring to a low heat and stir non-stop until it starts to boil. stir, for another 3 minutes and put this cream on top of the caramelized sugar
- In the mixer beat the whites until snow point, add 01 xic of sugar and beat until sigh point. Add the cream and beat some more. Put this cream on top and sprinkle the grated coconut and wlvw to the freezer, freezer for a few hours. Remove 1 hour before serving from the freezer and from the freezer 30 min before and leave in the refrigeration part of the fridge.
