  • Shredded Coconut200 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • condensed milk395 g
  • Corn Starch100 g
  • Milk Life1 l
  • Heavy cream100 g
  • Semisweet Chocolate100 g
  • Strawberries (optional) to taste
  1. In a pan, over medium heat, add the milk, cornstarch, condensed milk, grated coconut and stir until smooth.
  2. Grease the mold with oil to easily remove the delicacy.
  3. Put in the refrigerator and leave for 5 hours.
  4. After the time, unmold and let's go to the ganache.
  5. In slightly boiling water, take the chocolate in a bain-marie and after melting, gradually add the Heavy cream to form the ganache.
  6. Gradually pour the frosting and add the strawberries and enjoy this deliciousness! Enjoy!
