  • Milk1 l
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
  • Pitted plum250 g
  • Sugar150 g
  • Water350 g
  1. Put the condensed milk in the pan and the cornstarch and mix until the starch dissolves.
  2. Add milk and coconut milk, mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Pour into a pudding mold with a slightly oiled hole.
  4. Let it cool and take the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Meanwhile prepare the syrup: put the sugar and water in the pan, bring to the boil stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the prunes and cook for about 15 minutes or until the liquid has reduced. Turn off the heat and let cool.
  6. Unmold the manjar onto a platter, sprinkle the coconut over the top and add the plum sauce.
