- Rice3 cup
- Milk one and a half liters1 l
- Sugar if you don't like sweet but just reduce the sugar cup3 cup
- Shredded Coconut1 unit(s)
- Salt a pinch1 teaspoon
- Water4 cup
- Put the rice to cook with water after it is cooked and the rice is completely dry
- Pour the milk, a pinch of salt and the grated coconut
- In another pan put the sugar to melt and turn caramel
- Take the pan of caramel and pour it over the rice being very careful not to stick to you
- The caramel will harden but then it softens and melts well
- When the caramel is melted, the rice pudding is ready.
