  • Coconut oil4 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream300 g
  • Coconut Milk40 g
  • Xikitol2 tablespoon
  • Almond flour150 g
  • Coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Xylitol2 tablespoon
  • Salt5 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. Dough: add the almond flour, coconut oil, salt, egg and xylitol in a bowl, mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained, roll it out with the help of a rolling pin between two sheets of parchment paper and bake. in a preheated oven at 180°C, set aside.
  2. Cream: put coconut milk, fresh cream, and xylitol in a bowl and beat until you get a whipped cream texture, set aside.
  3. In a frying pan add the coconut oil and seal the pineapples, finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Arrange the elements on the plate according to the photo and finish with sprouts
