- Whole or semi-skimmed milk1 cup
- Sugar or xylitol sweetener1/2 cup
- Place the milk, chopped strawberries, yogurt and sugar in a food processor or blender and beat well until smooth and creamy.
- Put it in a pot or in ice cream molds and take it to the freezer for at least 2 hours and that's it 😋
