- Strawberry150 g
- Water120 ml
- Skimmed milk powder1 cup
- Skimmed yogurt170 g
- Sugar free strawberry juice1 unit(s)
- Preparation mode: Blend the strawberry, water and powdered milk in a blender. Leave to beat for 2 minutes
- Then add the yogurt and beat for another 1 minute. Then add the juice and continue beating for another 1 minute and turn off.
- Transfer to a small bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm.
