- orange juice120 ml
- In a bowl, place 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of margarine and 1 cup of sugar. Mix.
- Then add 2 cups of wheat flour and mix again.
- Then pour 1 cup of orange juice into the bowl and mix again.
- Finally, add 1 tablespoon of yeast and mix again.
- Transfer the dough to a round shape with scoop.
- Take to bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, put 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of orange juice.
- Cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Pour the still warm syrup over the orange cake.
