  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oil360 ml
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Granules to taste
  1. In the blender, place the sugar, eggs, carrots, oil and beat for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer the beaten dough to a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the yeast and stir gently. Take it to the oven in a greased and infarinhada shape at 180°c for about 40 min, or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
  4. For the brigadeiro: mix all the ingredients and take it to the low fire until it starts to boil and turn off the fire after 3 minutes.
  5. Then pour the brigadeiro over the cake and decorate with sprinkles.
