Bata no liquidificador o milho com ½ litro de leite.

Coe e coloque novamente o líquido no liquidificador e junte o restante do leite, o sal, o açúcar e o amido de milho.

Despeje na panela e cozinhe até levantar fervura e soltar da panela mexendo sem parar. Coloque em uma forma de sua preferência untada. Leve a geladeira por aproximadamente 35 minutos ,depois de frio desenforme coloque o leite moça e polvilhe canela por cima.


Blend the corn with ½ liter of milk in a blender.
