- Coconut or demerara sugar1 cup
- Wholemeal flour2 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- Water (boiling)1 cup
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Royal chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the ingredients in the mixer, one by one, in order, always mixing as you add.
- After mixing everything, pour into molds.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
- To make sure it's ready, wait with a toothpick.
- If the toothpick comes out clean and dry, you can enjoy it.
