- I dissolved the passion fruit jellies in 300ml of hot water, let it cool. In a blender, I blended the cream, condensed milk and passion fruit jellies. I poured it into a plastic form and took it to the fridge for 2 hours.
- When the passion fruit mousse was already firm, I dissolved 1 lemon gelatin in 200ml of hot water, when it was already warm, I poured it on top of the mousse. With a spatula, I unglued the mousse from the sides of the mold so that the lemon gelatin goes down to the bottom of the mold. I took it to the fridge for 1 hour or until it was firm.
- I dissolved the second lemon gelatine in 200ml of hot water, when it warmed I put all the dissolved gelatine on top of the other gelatines that were already quite hard. I took it to the fridge until it was very firm, when unmolding I used a spatula to unglue a little from the sides and bottom of the mold, it comes out very easily and in one piece. It can also be made in silicone or aluminum molds.
