  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Margarine or butter3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Maizena2 tablespoon
  1. Crumbs: Mix the flour, margarine and cinnamon in a bowl and knead with your hands until it forms a crumb.
  2. Cream: In a pan over medium heat, add a cup of milk and two tablespoons of cornstarch and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence and stir until it thickens and becomes cream. Reserve.
  4. In a small form spread half of the farofa
  5. Pour the cream over the farofa layer
  6. Cover the cream with the rest of the farofa and take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
