- Dough: mix all the dough ingredients and plate a farofa. This "farofa" is the dough. It will be the base and cover of the "cuca"
- Cook the cream until it is consistent, after cooling add the sieved yolk (optional) for the cream to be very yellow and put the milk cream to give more creaminess and lightness to the cream.
- Inté a shape with margarine, put the farofa in the bottom, the cream on top and cover with the farofa. Bake at 200° for 35 minutes
