  • Sugar2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Butter or Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Bananas6 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Sugar for farofa2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
  1. In a mixer, or by hand, mix the sugar, butter and lightly beaten eggs.
  2. add the milk, wheat flour and mix well. Finally, add the baking powder to the cake batter and mix gently with a spatula.
  3. Place the dough in a rectangular shape greased with butter and floured. Spread the banana slices over the dough and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, cinnamon and wheat flour until crumbly. Sprinkle the farofa over the cuca. Now take it to the oven preheated to 180ºC for 40 to 50 minutes or until the cake is golden and cooked. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. This Recipe is All Good ❤️
