- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- For Topping: Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- For Topping: Margarine1 tablespoon
- For Topping: Nescau4 tablespoon
- Mix the eggs, sugar and nescau until they are all dissolved.
- Mix the wheat flour together with boiled oil and water TOGETHER
- Add a heaping tablespoon of royal powder
- Make brigadeiro at the frosting point and pour over the cake
- Decorate with your favorite sprinkles
