  • Vanilla Extract3 tablespoon
  • Gems6 unit(s)
  • Crystal or caster sugar100 g
  1. Bring the cream to a boil and stir in the 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
  2. In a container mix the egg yolk and sugar.
  3. Finishing boiling the milk, gradually mix it into the yolk with sugar. Stir a lot so as not to cook the yolk.
  4. After mixing all the ingredients, distribute in the ramekins (bowls)
  5. Place to bake in the bain-marie at 180° degrees, about 45 min
  6. Once baked, place in the refrigerator for 30 min. When ready to serve, sprinkle crystal sugar and pass the mass, to give the cone. It looks really good!!!!!
