- Vanilla Extract3 tablespoon

- Crystal or caster sugar100 g
- Bring the cream to a boil and stir in the 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
- In a container mix the egg yolk and sugar.
- Finishing boiling the milk, gradually mix it into the yolk with sugar. Stir a lot so as not to cook the yolk.
- After mixing all the ingredients, distribute in the ramekins (bowls)
- Place to bake in the bain-marie at 180° degrees, about 45 min
- Once baked, place in the refrigerator for 30 min. When ready to serve, sprinkle crystal sugar and pass the mass, to give the cone. It looks really good!!!!!
