Warm coconut milk500 ml
GRANULATED Tapioca (measurement is a cup of coffee)3 cup
Sugar3 tablespoon
Shredded Coconut3 tablespoon
Candy of your choice to taste

Mix the tapioca, sugar and grated coconut then add the hot coconut milk. Mix well.
Transfer to an oiled refractory.
