- Milk4 cup
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
- In a pan, put the water, rice and cinnamon to boil until the water dries up.
- Then add the milk, sugar and condensed milk, always mixing well.
- Let it boil for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Finish by adding the cream. Stir and serve while still hot.
- Optional: sprinkle cinnamon at the end
