Creamy Sweet Rice

Coloque o arroz e a água na panela e deixe cozinhar normalmente. (Sem sal e sem tempero)

Put the rice and water in the pan and let it cook normally. (No salt and no seasoning)

Quando o arroz estiver cozido, coloque o leite e o leite condensado e misture bem e deixe ferver até engrossar.


When the rice is cooked, add the milk and condensed milk and mix well and let it boil until it thickens.


Em outra panela coloque meia xícara de açúcar e derreta em fogo baixo até virar um caramelo.
(cuidado para não queimar)

Despeje o caramelo no arroz doce devagar e misture até incorporar.

Se quiser, acrescente Coco ralado em flocos.

In another pan, place half a cup of sugar and melt over low heat until it becomes a caramel.
(careful not to burn)

Slowly pour the caramel into the rice pudding and mix until incorporated.

If desired, add shredded coconut flakes.
