Creamy Powdered Milk and Strawberry Dessert

MODO DE PREPARO
Mousse de leite em pó
Hidrate a gelatina sem sabor com a água morna e reserve.
No liquidificador coloque o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o leite em pó.
Comece a bater e junte a gelatina hidratada.
Bata por 3 a 5 minutos ou até que a mistura fique homogênea e aerada.
Transfira para um recipiente e leve à geladeira por pelo menos 2 horas ou até que o creme fique completamente firme.

Gelatina vermelha
Em um recipiente coloque a gelatina e adicione a água quente.
Misture até que se dissolva completamente e coloque a água gelada.
Deixe esfriar completamente e enquanto isso coloque os morangos picados sobre a mousse de leite em pó.
Por cima, coloque a gelatina fria cuidadosamente e leve para a geladeira por pelo menos 4 horas ou até que a gelatina fique completamente firme.
Se puder, deixe na geladeira de um dia para o outro que fica melhor ainda.
Depois disso é só servir.

PREPARATION MODE
Milk Mousse Powder
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with warm water and set aside.
Place the condensed milk, cream and powdered milk in a blender.
Start beating and add the hydrated gelatin.
Blend for 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and aerated.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the cream is completely set.

red gelatin
Put the gelatin in a bowl and add the hot water.
Mix until completely dissolved and add ice water.
Let it cool completely and meanwhile place the chopped strawberries on the powdered milk mousse.
Carefully place the cold gelatin on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is completely set.
If you can, leave it in the fridge overnight, it gets even better.
After that, just serve.
