- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- 50% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- In a pan off the heat, add the condensed milk, the cream, the chocolate and mix;
- Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly until it starts to bubble. Then, lower the heat and keep stirring;
- When the brigadeiro starts to release from the bottom of the pan, still very creamy, turn off the heat;
- Transfer to another container, wait for it to cool a little and it's ready.
