- passion fruit120 ml
- Sugar120 g
- Fresh Grated Coconut200 g
- Condensed Milk195 ml
- In a pan put the sugar and passion fruit and mix well. Place over high heat without stirring for 5 minutes.
- Check if the syrup is at the point of wire and turn off the fire. Add fresh coconut and mix well.
- Return to medium heat and stir occasionally until the coconut water dries up. Finally, add the condensed milk and let it cook for another 5 minutes or until the cocada thickens. With the help of a spoon, shape the coconut and let it cool.
